INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup cold milk
1/3 cup cold water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrates
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, peeled and chopped
6 ice cubes
ground cinnamon to taste |
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the milk, water, pineapple juice concentrate, sugar, vanilla extract, banana, and ice cubes until smooth in a blender.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
