If you want a smoothie recipe that is rich in protein, better have this one prepared. If preferred, you can use pineapple juice instead of orange juice.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 C orange juice
* 1 C frozen peaches
* 1 frozen banana, cut into small chunks
* 2 TBSP toasted slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, pour the juice. Sparingly add the peaches and bananas followed by the almonds. Process until smooth and serve.
