INGREDIENTS

800ml bottle champagne
16oz frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar

• Thaw the frozen strawberries at room temperature (do not drain).
• Place the strawberries and juice in your blender, add the sugar.
• Blend on high power until smooth.
• Transfer the blended fruit to a pitcher type jug.
• Stir in the orange and lemon juice.
• Slowly stir in the champagne.
• Options:
• Place into the fridge to chill until needed
• Serve over ice.
