My kids truly enjoy this healthy and delicious beverage. I even substitute cherry and berry with other fruits and it still works wonders.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup cherry juice blend
* 1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
* 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
* 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
* 3 to 4 teaspoons sugar
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Put cover and process until combined. Serve into glasses and enjoy!
