A healthy drink that would surely quench your thirst especially on hot days!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 kiwi (cut in chunks)
* 1/3 cup mango chunks (fresh is best, but canned is okay)
* 1/3 cup mango nectar (or juice from a can)
* 1/3 cup plain yogurt
* 1 tsp ground flax seeds
* 4-5 large ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and combine for about 2 minutes. Serve.

* 1 cup cubed fresh or canned pineapple
* 1 banana, sliced
* 1/2 cup silken tofu, or low-fat plain yogurt
* 1/3 cup frozen passion fruit concentrate
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 ice cubes
* 1 tablespoon wheat bran, or oat bran (optional)

DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, mix pineapple, banana, tofu (or yogurt), passion fruit concentrate, water, ice cubes and wheat bran. Puree until smooth and creamy. Serve.

This smoothie recipe is a combination of pineapple, mango and banana, adding yogurt for a creamy texture.
|
|
|
INGREDIENTS
* 1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks (juice pack)
* 1 large ripe mango
* 1 large ripe banana
* 1 8-ounce carton pineapple yogurt
* Fresh mint leaves or mango (optional)

DIRECTIONS
- Reserve the liquids of canned pineapples and chill covered.
- Peel and cut mango in half, removing and discarding the seed. Cut the mango into chunks.
- Peel the banana and slice.
- Prepare a moderate-sized freezer-safe bowl and combine the prepared fruits. Cover and place it in the freezer for 2 hour or until firm.
- Place the reserved pineapple juice, frozen fruit and pineapple yogurt in a blender and combine until smooth. Leave the motor running and add enough ice cubes with the fruit mixture until it equals a 4-cup measure. Continue blending until smooth.
- Use fresh mint and cubed mango as garnish and serve.
- Makes 4 servings.

Combining 3 fruit variants is easy but blending it with spinach can be a bit tricky. That’s not the case for this delicious and refreshing smoothie recipe.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 banana, peeled and sliced
* 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)
* 1/2 Cup Mango (frozen or fresh)
* 1-1/2 cups of spinach leaves
* 4 ice cubes
* 1/2 cup of water |

DIRECTIONS
- Use a blender to combine all the ingredients together starting with placing banana, pineapple, mango and spinach at the bottom. Add water followed by the ice cubes.
- Put the blender’s cover and process at HIGH settings until smooth.
