INGREDIENTS
* 1 banana
* 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)
* 1-2 squirts of Hershey’s reduced calorie chocolate syrup
* 1 Tbs. wheat germ
* 6 oz. soy milk
|
DIRECTIONS
- Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth and serve.

INGREDIENTS
Banana
Frozen strawberries
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1/2 c yogurt
1 c milk

DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth and serve.

INGREDIENTS
4 ripe petite bananas, skinned & frozen
1 cup peaches, frozen
2-3 ice cubes
3/8 c. reduced fat peanut butter at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
dash cinnamon and nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
- Mix the frozen bananas gently, pulverizing it with peaches and ice in a blender.
- In a stainless steel bowl over hot water, heat peanut butter to about 140 degrees F. Whisk with fork to combine peanut butter, if too dry.
- Mix the peanut butter with the frozen fruit mixture, blending for 30 seconds. Mix in the spices and ladle into cup servings. Set to freeze to 20 degrees F.
- Makes 6 servings.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cups smooth peanut butter
2 t tbsp. honey
1/3 cups milk
3 cups vanilla ice milk
1/4 t tsp. wheat germ

DIRECTIONS
- Stir peanut butter, honey and milk together.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat when peanut butter has melted.
- Stir in ice milk and wheat germ.
- Serve chilled.

2 cups milk

2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 banana, frozen and chunked
2 tbsp. honey

- Combine milk, jelly, peanut butter, banana, honey and wheat germ in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

- Pour into tall glasses.
- Serve immediately.
