This smoothie recipe makes a powerful combination with soy and tofu, aimed to sustain nutritional value.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup vanilla soy milk
* 5 ounces silken tofu, firm, chilled and cubed
* 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
|
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse blend until smooth. Serve.

200 ml soy milk
2 tablespoon sugar
2 ice cubes
1 lime

DIRECTIONS
- Add the guava pieces to the soy milk and blend.
- Pass this mixture through food mill or strain the guava through a cores sieve using a wooden spoon.
- Discard the guava pips and peels.
- Add the lime juice, sugar and ice cubes and blend again to obtain smooth mixture.
- Poor the guava smoothie in glasses.
- Decorate the glasses with a slice of lime.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
