This smoothie drink has a slight twist of tang and minty flavors that makes it a remarkable refreshment for any time of the day.

INGREDIENTS
4 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar, or to taste
4 slices lime
24 fresh mint leaves
ice
|
|
DIRECTIONS
- Combine watermelon and water in a blender until smooth. Season with sugar. Add ice and puree until smooth.
- Cut the lime slices in half. Prepare half lime slice and 3 mint leaves for each 8 glasses. Crush the mixture and add the pureed mixture. Sir and serve.
- Makes 8 servings.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups diced watermelon
2 1/4 cups milk
2 teaspoons white sugar

DIRECTIONS
- Put the watermelon and milk in a blender to combine. Once smooth, add sugar and mix for 10 seconds or until blended. Serve.

- Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.
- Makes one serving.
