You can enjoy this smoothie recipe as a juice or a smoothie treat. But I prefer it as a smoothie and simply loves the pulpiness in every gulp.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 large nopal leaf, chopped
1/2 cup whole strawberries
1 large tangerine, peeled and deseeded
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
8 to 10 ounces of filtered water

DIRECTIONS
- Put all the ingredients into a blender. Combine at high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
