    This recipe uses pear for its base in creating a creamy smoothie blended with grapes, banana and juices.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    1/2 cup green seedless grapes
    1 small ripe banana
    2 teaspoons agave nectar
    1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
    5 ice cubes

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add all the ingredients into a blender. Process until smooth and serve.
    • Makes one serving.
