2 oz Lowfat Milk
6 oz Avocado

1 tsp Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
- Cut the avocado in half and add it into a blender. Add the Ice Cream, Milk and Frozen Strawberries followed by Honey or Maple Syrup, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
- Combine well until smooth and pour into a 20-oz serving cup. Add Whipped Cream on top and sprinkle with Nutmeg (optional).
