    Avocado Smoothie

    Avocados have numerous health benefits including proper absorption of lycopene and beta carotene. It is also acts as a great antioxidant agent that can slow down the process of aging.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
    2 oz Lowfat Milk
    6 oz Avocado
    1 1/3 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
    1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    Whipped Cream

    DIRECTIONS

    • Cut the avocado in half and add it into a blender. Add the Ice Cream, Milk and Frozen Strawberries followed by Honey or Maple Syrup, Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
    • Combine well until smooth and pour into a 20-oz serving cup. Add Whipped Cream on top and sprinkle with Nutmeg (optional).

    1 cup frozen wild blueberries (or fresh blueberries if in season)
    2 bananas
    1/4 avocado
    1 head organic romaine lettuce
    1/2 teaspoon maca powder
    4 to 6 ounces filtered water

    DIRECTIONS

    • Put all the ingredients in a blender but not including the lettuce. Set at pulse to blend for several times.
    • Add lettuce and process at high speed for 30 seconds or until creamy.
