    A soothing and delightful smoothie drink that would be an addicting treat!

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1 cup Tropicana Orange-Pineapple Juice
    * 2 cups frozen strawberries
    * 1 tablespoon honey
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 1 pack Nasoya Silken Tofu
    * 1 cup Silk Very Vanilla Soymilk
    * 1 large banana
    * 12 packets Splenda
    * Spike w/coconut rum (optional but recommended!)

    DIRECTIONS

    • Put all the ingredients in a blender and process for 30 seconds at high speed.

    It’s refreshing, fat-free and absolutely delicious.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1 cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt
    * 1 cup skim milk
    * 1 banana
    * 3 cube of soft tofu
    * 3/4 cup blueberries
    * 1 cup strawberries

    DIRECTIONS

    • Combine all the ingredients in a blender (except for the berries) Process until smooth before adding the berries.
