* 1-2 c. frozen banana pieces (freeze as many as you want, for future use)
* 1/3 c. or so of "cashew milk", or a handful of raw cashews, or some raw almonds (soaked overnight in some water)
* 1-2 TBS. or so of coconut cream (more if using coconut milk)
* small handful dates, pitted
* cold water as needed, for blending

DIRECTIONS
- Peel and slice the bananas. Cover a tray with a thick plastic bag and lay the banana pieces over them. Freeze the bananas and store in resealable bags until using.
- To prepare, put all the ingredients in a blender. Combine until smooth and enjoy!

* 1 cup nonfat yogurt
* 1 cup nonfat milk
* 1 cup (packed) pitted Medjool dates (about 9 ounces)
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Place yogurt, milk, dates and vanilla into the blender. Process until smooth. Add the ice cubes and continue blending until thick and smooth. Pour over glasses and serve.

* 1/8 teaspoon Chile Powder (optional)

* 3/4 cup sliced ripe banana
* 3/4 cup Ice

DIRECTIONS
- Combine milk and dates in a blender. Set to high speed to properly blend in the dates with the milk. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth and creamy finish.
