    Here’s a delicious smoothie recipe that packs in the nutrients as it did with the flavors.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
    * 150 ml natural yogurt
    * juice of 2 large oranges
    * 1 tbsp maple syrup

    DIRECTIONS

    • In a blender, put the lemon sorbet, yogurt, orange juice and maple syrup. Puree until smooth.
    • Pour smoothie in glasses and serve.
    • Makes 2 servings.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 3/4 cup(s) orange-tangerine juice blend, chilled
    * 1/4 cup(s) carrot juice, chilled
    * 1 cup(s) frozen canned pineapple chunks
    * 1/2 frozen banana, sliced

    DIRECTIONS

    • Put the orange-tangerine juice, carrot juice, pineapple and banana in a blender. Combine until smooth and frothy.
    • Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!

    Most smoothies are so easy to prepare and taste better than a serving of orange juice for breakfast.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1 6-oz can of orange juice concentrate (frozen)
    * 1 cup water
    * 1 cup milk
    * 1/4 cup sugar
    * 1 tsp vanilla
    * 10 ice cubes

    DIRECTIONS

    • In a blender, put all the ingredients together. Puree until smooth.
    • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen juice concentrate.

    1 cup orange segments, chilled
    1/2 cups grapefruit segments, chilled
    1/2 cups strong-brewed earl grey tea, chilled
    3/4 cups orange sherbet
    2 ice cubes, crushed

    DIRECTIONS

    • Combine the orange segments, grapefruit segments, and tea in a blender.
    • Add the sherbet and ice.
    • Blend until smooth.

    “It’s all stacks up for this citrus fruity refreshing summer drink!”

    INGREDIENTS

    6 1/2 cups ruby red or pink grapefruit juice, divided
    2 cups pineapple juice
    1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    2 cups lime-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled
    Lime slices for garnish

    DIRECTIONS

    • Pour 2 1/2 cups grapefruit juice into ice trays, filling 28 sections, and freeze.
    • Combine remaining 4 cups grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate, stir well.
    • Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    • Stir in mineral water just before serving.
    • Place 3 frozen grapefruit juice cubes in each of 9 glasses; fill each fruit juice mixture.
    • Garnish, if desired.
    • Serve immediately.
