INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
* 1 ripe banana
* 2 tbs. instant chocolate pudding powder
* 1 cup cream soda (yep, cream soda)
* 1 cup milk
* 2 1/2 cups ice

- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup 7up or Sprite

- Combine cubes and banana in a blender set at high speed. Puree until slushy.
- Add the raspberries and 7up setting blender to low for about 20 seconds, keeping the raspberries slightly intact. Serve.

1 medium banana
1/2 cup of red raspberries (or strawberries)
1/2 cup of black raspberries (or blueberries)

- Cut raspberries in a size that would allow then to fit through a straw. Mix it with banana, ice, yogurt and black raspberries.

* 8 herbal lemon tea bags
* 2 C boiling water
* 1 pint raspberry sherbert
* 2 C pineapple juice |

- Add boiling water over the tea bags. Put cover and leave it to set for about 5 minutes.
- Take the tea bags out and refrigerate until cool. Put the sherbet into the juice, blending them together in a blender. Add the tea and blend until smooth.
