1/2 cups frozen whole berries (use blackberries, strawberries or raspberries) 1 cup non-fat soya milk 3/4 tsp. almond extract 1/2 cups silken tofu (about 4 ounces) 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
