INGREDIENTS
* 2 medium ripe bananas
* 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
* 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches, slightly thawed
* 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
* 5 large ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Slice the bananas and wrap in foil. Freeze overnight.
Add the frozen bananas into a blender. Combine it with milk, peaches and cottage cheese. Cover and process until smooth. Add ice and continue blending until smooth.
