INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup water
1 medium orange, peeled and halved
1 medium apple, quartered
4 strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup of wheatgrass
1 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process for 60 seconds and serve.

- Put banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice in a blender. Combine until smooth before adding soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil and barley grass powder. Combine again until smooth and serve.
