INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup lemon yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup pineapple sherbet
|

DIRECTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients into the smoothie maker. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at LOW/DISPENSE setting for 30 seconds then blend at HIGH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counterclockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Makes 3-5 servings. |

INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherrie
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1-1/2 cups raspberry sherbet

In a blender, combine the apple juice, raspberries and cherries. Add sherbet; cover and mix until well blended. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings |

- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen, peeled, and cut into chunks
- 5 Tbs. creamy peanut butter

DIRECTIONS
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on Low 20 seconds, then on Medium until thick and frothy. Pour into tall glasses, and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 627 calories, 17g protein, 89g carbohydrate, 26g fat (7g saturated), 16mg cholesterol, 314mg sodium, 7g fiber. |

- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
In blender, combine fruit on Low until mixed well; add orange juice, honey, and vanilla extract. Puree on Medium until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses. Serves 3.
Per serving: 194 calories, 2g protein, 48g carbohydrate, 1g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 3 mg sodium, 5 g fiber. |
